Jordan Gellatly is Founder and Managing Partner of Deane Corporate Finance. Prior to launching DCF, Jordan spent 15 years working in various disciplines of finance and accounting, most recently as head of financial planning and analysis for a division of a Fortune 500 company. Earlier in his career, Jordan advised start-ups on matters of IPO-readiness, including process improvement and technical finance matters. Jordan started his finance career as an auditor with a Big 4 public accounting firm.
Jordan holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, an MS in Accounting from Northeastern University, and a BS in Finance and Operations Management from Boston College. His is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Judgment upon the award so rendered may be entered in a court having jurisdiction or application may be made to such court for judicial acceptance of any award and an order of enforcement, as the case may be. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party shall have the right to institute an action in a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief pending a final decision by the arbitrator. For all purposes of this Agreement, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the United States Federal Courts located in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Use of the Service is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of the Terms of Use, including without limitation, this section.
